upon the topic firewall-an important solution
for computer security.

2. A Firewall is a network security device

which monitors traffic for a private
organization, it works on the rules set by the
organization.

3. Basically firewall filters the world traffic

and doesn’t give access to unwanted systems.

4. Firewalls can be implemented in two

forms:
Software firewall and hardware firewall

5. Moving on to software firewall- This type

of firewall is in form of a software which
protects the computer from attempts of
hacking, it could also provide protection to
dangerous trojan viruses and e mail worms.
6. These are the top firewall softwares which
can simply be downloaded to protect one’s
computing system.

7. hardware firewall is in form of a computer

or a special device which acts as a firewall in
any local network. These don’t require any
special configuration and can be easy to set.

8. In the end I conclude that Firewalls are

able to react quickly and seamlessly to detect
and combat attacks across the whole
network. Firewalls can act on previously set
policies to better protect your network and
can carry out quick assessments to detect
invasive or suspicious activity, such as
malware, and shut it down.
