Nexell Laboratories Pvt.Ltd. is a manufacturing Industry related to animal health care &
nutrition in Veterinary, Poultry & Aqua Sectors. It was incorporated with two Directors named 1. Mr
V.Nageswara Rao, completed his graduation in computer science, 2.Mrs Ch. Vanitha, she is also well
qualified and completed her graduation in computer science engineering and both are family
members. Mr. Nageswara Rao designated as Managing Director and Mrs. Vanitha Chitikena as
Director with 50:50 Share holding pattern.

Initially, Mr. Nageswara Rao’s family was dealt in Poultry farms & Aqua culture business as
such he got interest in this line of business since childhood. Accordingly, he had immense interest in
this field and got knowledge and skills in said business. Accordingly, Mr. Nageswara Rao floated this
company in year 2008 with an objective of providing nutritional inputs and farm solutions to Aqua
and Livestock farmers.

We manufacture wide range of products like Minerals, feed supplements, sanitizers,

probiotics, Growth promoters (amino acids &Vitamins) Disinfectants etc.…. which are needed for
Aqua culture farming and Feed supplements, Antibiotics, enzymes and growth promoters for
poultry/Veterinary sectors .we are producing nearly 116 types of products to meet the requirements
of basing on the products demand . As per drug licence we are eligible to produce 49 health care
products and we are also eligible to produce as many as we can manufacturer in feed suppliments to
the poultry , aqua and veterinary sectors basing on demands and also previous target our sales goals
of the product will be fixed and accordingly we execute orders basing on the demands.

Since 2008 company had shown good, consistent growth and spread its market spectrum to
the other states. We have made our progress positively in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, West Bengal,
Kerala, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Odisha, Bangladesh & Nepal. We are also planning to enter into feed
sectors for livestock in future. Our factory two units are located in Prasanthi nagar, IDA kukatpally.
For the last 3 years’ sales turnover of the company stands at 3,29,96,878/- 3,44,62,302/-
3,60,87,103/- for the financial year end 2021,2022,2023 respectively. The company run with our
own funds having net worth of this about 2 crores.

Our company's potential is very much high side, and we are capable to produce wide range
of products. Due to lack of sufficient working capital we are unable to reach or targeted goals, if we
have five crore working capital, we can easily archive sales turnover of 40 to 50 crore in a shorter
period without any difficulty. We hope to get the same to reach out all goals and also to serve needy
with lower cost products with best quality comparable with any other corporate companies in this
liner activity …
