External Refurbishment Order

System Status CRTD is active (Message no. BS013)

Through this document you will get the reason behind this pop-up message as well
as solution to rectify it.

In SAP S/4 HANA1809, we were getting this error during External Refurbishment Order (Control
Key: PM02) release, through which we are creating Subcontract PR.

While in ECC, we didn’t face this error.

Who can get this pop-up message???

1. ECC user who have implemented OSS Note “2639588” & have configuration setting as
mentioned below.
2. SAP user who have implemented SAP after May 2018 & have configuration setting as mentioned
below.

***Note: OSS Note “2639588” was released in May 2018.

Configuration setting to rectify Issue

• T-code: BS22 – System Status: Maintain

• System Status: CRTD – Created
• Business Transaction: RMBA – Material purchase requisition
• Set to: Forbidden (To avoid this pop-up change it to “Allowed”)
