A) General
1. Powder Coated Edge Bead Detail Recommended for 10mm Periphery Gap between Wall and
Bulkhead
2. Mock Up Work to Proceed in compliance with Design & Balmond Studio comments &
instructions given for RICF-633 (based on Visual inspections of the sample) this is not the final
approval for work item since submissions and rectifications are pending from the contractor.
3. The contractor is expected to Demonstrate a High level of surface finishing and seamless joint
finishing and continuity especially with regard to concealed joints between Ceiling to Ceiling ,
Ceiling to Wall etc. development of separation cracks will not be accepted.

Before start of suspended ceiling works the following works need to be completed
and assessed by the relevant officials from all concerned parties.
• Plaster works to walls up to the required height Upto RCC slab soffit
• Skim coat and wall filler application to walls up to the required height

• All M.E.P. works of first fix services should be completed and clearance should
be granted by relevant parties (Inspection shall be carried out at different work
levels and clearance shall be obtained at progressive levels as mentioned
therein)
• Protection of flooring
Before starting of the board fixing of false ceiling, M.E.P. clearance will be
obtained by the relevant parties. M.E.P. services to be completed, inspected and
approved by consultants before grant the M.E.P. Clearance.
Inspection of suspension frame work of false ceiling should be carried out by the
consultant and should be rectified to comments if given by them.
Before start of the finish works including filler and paint, services ceiling marking
will be made by M.E.P. sub-contractors as per the approved M.E.P. coordination
drawings for all type of fittings and fixtures and positions of the access panels as
well.
