Mix wet ingredients to dry mix and make a lump free paste. Make french meringue with egg white and caster sugar. Achieve medium peak. Take 1/3rd of the meringue and mix it with the paste to loosen it up. Add the remaining meringue in two parts, folding very gently. Baking Instructions - 160°C, Time 30 + after 5 mins Once the cake is cooled down, fill it with cream cheese filling and roll it like a cylinder.
