SPBU-TELCO-0010-OS has passed Civil ATP of PT Telkom Akses.

Complicated Civil Work ATP of the cluster section shall not otherwise affect in anyway the
obligation of Subcontractor to complete all obligations Subcontractor as set forth in the
Contract Documents.

Within the Warranty Period and/or Extended Warranty Period(s), Subcontractor undertakes,
at its own expenses, all and any responsibility on errors, Defects and Deficiencies, or
omissions discovered in respect of any Equipment, Service and Functions within the Network
addressed herein.

This attachments BoQ of site JL. Patimura Banjarsari (SPBU:24-34114) is temporary valid
for payment only, final BoQ shall base on PT. Telkom Akses confirmation after BA recon.
