We would like to inform you regarding the series of activities for this week, please be guided the following
schedules:
1. Sept. 14, 2017 Thursday - School Based Science Fair (Whole Day Activity)
Time: 7:30 AM to 3PM - Grades 1-10 (Elementary and High School)
9:30 AM to 11:30AM - Nursery1, Nursery2 and Kinder (Pre-school)
Attire: Complete PE Uniform
Nursery 1, 2 and Kinder 9:30 – 11:30AM – Science Film Viewing
Note: Pupils can bring their snacks and extra t-shirt.

2. Sept. 15, 2017 Friday – Regular Class as Interest Day

3. Sept. 16, 2017 Saturday Grades 1-10 only: First Grading Convocation/ Awarding of Outstanding Students,
1st General Assembly and Distribution of Cards w/ Parents, Pupils/Students and Teachers Conference
(PPTC)

Take Note:
For Pre-school Nursery 1, Nursery 2 and Kinder- There will be two (2) Convocation for Pre-school, the
first one will be this coming October 2017 and the other one will be by March 2018 during the
Recognition Program because Pre-school are different from the Graders.

As a school community, we are deeply committed to providing your child with the best education possible and
that includes challenging every pupil to reach his or her full potential. It is also essential that you have the best possible
information about how your child is doing in school and what areas may need additional focus to make sure he or she has
the strong foundation needed for future success.
We have series of activities for this week, please be guided the following:
1. Sept. 14, 2017 Thursday - School Based Science Fair (Whole Day Activity)
Time: 7:30 AM to 3PM - Grades 1-10 (Elementary and High School)
9:00 AM to 11AM - Nursery1, Nursery2 and Kinder (Pre-school)

Grades 1-10- 7:30 to 12 noon - Each level will have their different
contest.
1:00 to 3pm - All Grade level will have their all about
Science exhibit and Awarding
Note: Student can bring their lunch, snacks and extra t-shirt.
2. Submission of t-shirt for printing to those who will join the up-coming 15th Girl Scout of the Philippines (GSP)
Mammoth Rally at Caraga State University. This is not compulsory.

Time Starts: 1:00 PM

All parents/guardians, students and pupils for Grades 1-10 only are invited to come for the following activities:

Part 1: Short General Assembly Venue: PALCCI Ground

 Part 2: First Grading Convocation/Awarding of Honors Venue: Classroom
Part 3: Distribution of Cards First Grading Parents, Pupils/
Students and Teacher Conference (PPTC) Venue: Classroom

Note: First Come-First Serve Basis- The first parents and pupils/students who come early and fill-up the
attendance sheet will be entertained first during the distribution of cards and PPTC.

4. Sept. 20, 2017 Wednesday will be the Clustered District Level Elimination- Science Fair and Quiz 2017- No
venue yet. This is all the pupils/students who will represents the school to compete and who won last Sept. 12-13,
2017 School Elimination for the different contest in the Science Training Conducted.
