INTERPRETATION NEAR TO JUSTICE AND REASON

JUSTICE EXPLAIN:

Justice is the ethical, philosophical idea that people are to

be treated impartially, fairly, properly, and reasonably
by the law and by arbiters of the law, that laws are to
ensure that no harm befalls another, and that, where
harm is alleged, a remedial action is taken.
Reasonable Explain
The term "reasonable" is commonly used in legal contexts to
represent the fairness or rationality of a particular action. It is a
highly contextual term and can change depending on
circumstances.
The interpretation in whatever manner it is , to interpret or to

construct the basic thing is to aid , support and supplement the law

and the purpose for which the law is promulgated. Therefore, the

interpretation should be near to justice and reason . Reasonable is a

term used to something which is acceptable to a prudent mind by

simple understanding like a common person. Laws and Statutes are

meant to be for the welfare, peace and tranquility of people of a state

i.e, to administer justice in the society, thus an extension or

elaboration of the same by way of interpretation should have same

purpose and object for which the law was made.

The notion of reasonable interpretation of legal texts, as opposed to

the absurd or unacceptable interpretation, is presupposed in different

legal theories as the fundamental basis of legal rationality and as a

clear limitation to chaotic behavior by courts.

The purpose of all the rules, principles and maxims of interpretation

is to make interpretation reasonable and near to justice so that the

very object of the statute remain intact in its application.
