The access as well as the navigation on the site TALVANS.COM entails the acceptance of the conditions of use as well
as the acceptance of the general conditions of sale of the real estate agency TALVAN'S INTERNATIONAL.

Article 1: Commitment of the parties
A) In general, the sponsor and the provider undertake to
collaborate actively to ensure the proper performance of
the contract. Each commits himself to communicate all the
difficulties of which he would be aware, as and when, to
allow the other party to take the necessary measures.
B) To enable the provider to fulfill its mission, the sponsor
agrees to:
1. Draw up specifications that will not be modified, unless
agreed by the parties, after having been approved by
the service provider.
2. Actively collaborate on the success of the project by
providing the service provider with all the necessary
information and documents in good time so that the
needs can be properly understood in order to assure the
performance of the services
C) The service provider undertakes to:
1. Regularly and effectively inform the sponsor of the
progress of the contract and this, in particular, through
validations submitted to the sponsor..
2. In the interest of professional secrecy, the service
provider undertakes to keep strictly confidential all the
information concerning the precise identity of the sponsor.
Article 2: Privacy policy, protection of personal
data and third parties.
A) The personal private information will only be passed
on to third parties to meet the regulatory obligations
imposed by law.
B) The information contained on our site and on our
social networks accounts, in particular, hypertext links and
other information from third sources cannot in any way
engage the responsibility of TALVAN'S INTERNATIONAL.
These external data are simply "indicated" in the interests
of transparency and consumer information.
C) Information about our partners, or from our partners
can not in any way engage the responsibility of
TALVAN4sINTERNATIONAL. Examples: information not
updated, inaccuracies etc.
TALVAN'S INTERNATIONAL cannot be held responsible
for the illegality or immorality of advertisements or other
information published by its partners or other
Independent providers.
D) The information concerning the offers of goods will
eventually be transmitted, as part of our mission, to
partners all over the world, they can be transmitted to
commercial providers, they can be published on sites
and portals of ads as well as on social networks. The
consumer is aware of the risks of copying, piracy,
misappropriation (or other) and will fully assume the risks
related to international digital advertising. Therefore,
TALVAN'S INTERNATIONAL cannot in any way be held
responsible for what these data could become later,
especially for what is completely beyond our control.
E) In the interest of telecommunications security we can
offer encrypted secure communication modes (more
information available on request)
Article 3: Advertising rights
A) As part of the moral right of the provider on its creation as
on its performance, the sponsor authorizes the provider to
mention this benefit as an example of the achievements of the
provider on the commercial documents and advertising of the
latter.

opposition, just simply let us know your desire by email to the

Article 4: Limitation of responsibilities

realized in whole or in part, by the company Talvan's
International, could not be realized in whole or in part,
because of causes beyond the control of the provider,
his responsibility could in no case be committed. The
service provider will endeavor to ensure the best possible
performance in accordance with the rules in use in the
profession, it is expressly agreed that it can be held only
a general obligation of means. Therefore Talvan's
International disclaims any responsibility for: All possible
omissions, inaccuracies related to information issued by
the company.
Any possible damage resulting from an act of piracy that
has led to a modification or other, as well as all the
consequences related to such an incident.
- Information available on the site and social
networks
- Any virus, malware, spyware or other program or
malicious component that may affect the server
or site making them available to the public.
- Any anomaly or dysfunction of the website and
their consequences.
- As well as, more generally, for all the damages
related to the access, the navigation, the use
of our web site and all other supports, whatever
the nature the consequences, the origins, the
causes, to all the allowed measure by the law in
force.
Article 5: "Major Force" and incapacity for work
In case of force majeure the contract can be broken
unilaterally without notice and without compensation. In
case of incapacity for work, as a result of accident or
illness, the provider reserves the right to notify the sponsor
from the first working day of his incapacity.
Article 6: Right of withdrawal, Complaint
In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer
Code, "the consumer has fourteen clear days to exercise
his right of withdrawal without having to justify any reasons
or to pay penalties except for the case of expenses.

Article 7: Breach of contract
In the event of termination of the contract by the
consumer, he may be asked to reimburse any expenses
incurred for his benefit within the framework of his project
by the Talvan's International agency as well as any fixed
penalties of 150 € / day for a search unsuccessful, or for
the unilateral termination without notice of a sales
mandate by the agent or the consumer or other service
contract proposed by our agency.
Article 8: Real Estate Property
Advertisements and data published on this site and
elsewhere by Talvan's International are not contractual in
nature. The characteristics of the properties as well as
their respective prices, despite our constant attention, are
published subject to availability errors or computer entry
at the time of consultation ads or information. Talvan's
International reserves the right to modify ads and any
other information deemed useful without notice.
Article 9: Intellectual property
"The author of a work of the spirit enjoys on this work by
the mere fact of its creation of an exclusive right of
intellectual property and opposable to all. This right
includes intellectual and moral attributes as well as
attributes of a patrimonial nature that are determined by
this Act. "(Extract: Art 1. Of the law of March 11, 1957 on
the artistic property of the copyrights).
"The author enjoys the right to respect for his name, his
quality and his work. This right is attached to his person. It
is perpetual, inalienable and imprescriptible. It is
transferable because of death to the heirs "(Extract: Art 6.

the copyrights).
Any total partial reproduction of these creations (brand,
logo, etc...) made from elements on the site, social
networks or any other support without

the express authorization of the company Talvan's
International is consequently prohibited within the
meaning of the article L712-2 of the code of the
intellectual property.
Article 10: Terms of payment.
The commissions of the agency will be paid by the notary
at the time of the transaction, so the agency does not
receive funds directly from customers but indirectly. The
only exception is the reimbursement of potential costs
(based on invoices) as well as the reimbursement of any
penalties, if any.
Article 11: Data Protection Act
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January
1978, you have the right to question, modify, oppose
and rectify the personal data concerning you. By
adhering to our general conditions of sale, you agree to
us to collect and use this data for the performance of our
services and this contract.
Article 12: Applicable Law
The present contract as well as all the contracts
concluded by the company Talvan's International, are
subject to the law of the country of the provider's head
office (Paris, France). Any difference related to the
interpretation, performance, or validity will be subject to
the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court under the
provider's head office (Paris, France).
Article 13: Professional secrecy
The agency is bound by professional secrecy. However,
this secrecy may be waived for the benefit of third parties
in order to comply with the obligations imposed by law
and international conventions, in particular for the benefit
of the tax, customs, judicial or other administrations, in
accordance with the legislation in force.
Article 14: Combating money laundering
As part of anti-money laundering legislation, the agency
is required to verify the identity of its clients and, where
applicable, the identity of the actual beneficiary (ies) of
the operation. The agency has a duty of vigilance vis-à-
vis its customers during the business relationship.
The client undertakes to provide the agency with all the
information it requires to comply with its legal obligations.
Otherwise, the agency may be required to terminate the
relationship as well as the

Article 14: Cookies and Google Analytics
