Mandaluyong City, with Tax Identification Number 273-679-079, the non-exclusive authority to
find a buyer and sell the property described below at the price, terms, and conditions acceptable
to the undersigned/seller for the period until the said property is sold. The said authority is
extended to Vivian Chavez, Judy Arbiso and Marivic Franco.
