Furthermore, hereunder are the following terms and conditions in relation to this sale:
1. SELLER’S ACCOUNT
- Land survey
- Tenant/caretaker settlement
- Real Property Tax
- Capital Gain’s Tax
- Documentary Stamp Tax
- Notarial fees
- Broker(s) commission: 3% based on the final selling price and/or mark up as an added incentive (if
there be)
2. BUYER’S ACCOUNT
- Transfer Tax
- Registration of ownership
Confidentiality: All aspects of this agreement will be held in confidence by both Buyer and Seller re-
gardless of the closing of the deal.
The main purpose of this letter is to serve as a description of intent to sell the above-mentioned prop-
erty but it is not effected as binding on either side. The terms detailed in this letter of intent will be
deemed void if it is not accepted within _________ days/months of receipt by the Buyer.
