Prayer and spirituality help us ease stress and anxiety. This in turn can
ease our pain. We pray to find strength during difficult situations and pray to benefit us
reduce stress, lessen pain, and ease the signs of enduring health conditions.
Dr. Janine Bernadette S. Macaso our resource speaker said that failure to
meet all tasks may show unproductive time management, which can negatively impact our
self-esteem and mental health that’s why managing mental health is very important. She
emphasized that we should manage our time, prioritize tasks based on importance and
urgency, be realistic about our timeline for completing tasks, and plan ahead.
Taking care of ourselves, resting our minds and listening to soft music,
being more social, setting realistic goals, and taking care of our bodies help us prevent
mental illness. We must also surround ourselves with individuals who understand our
situations and respect us as sole individuals.
