AUTHORITY TO SELL

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

This is to authorize the following persons MARIA LUISA GELING,

DOMINGO ALMOETE, THADDEUS CONTI , ANTONIO DE GUZMAN and
SEVERINO CARRIDO all of legal ages and residents of NCR, Metro Manila to
look for a qualified buyer for a particular parcel of land which is described as
follows:
Original Certificate of Title
No. OCT-004-M (CLOA)

A parcel of land LRC SWO-13649 situated at Barrio Tungkong Manga,

Municipality of San Jose del Monte, Province of Bulacan containing an area of
Two Million Seventy Five Thousand Two Hundred Seventy One square meters,
more or less or an equivalent of 207.52 hectares.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The negotiating price of the above described property is Seven Hundred
Fifty (Php 750.00) pesos per square meter.
2. The seller shall give 5% of the agreed selling price as broker’s/agent’s
commission.
3. All expenses but not limited to Capital Gains Tax, Real Property Tax and
Notarial Fee and the Transfer Tax relative to the sale shall be shouldered
by the buyer.
4. This authority is valid until officially revoked by the undersigned.
