VIẾT INTRODUCTION CHO “AGREE/ DISAGREE” ESSAY

Như ở post trước đã có cung cấp phần hướng dẫn và một ví dụ viết Introduction theo kiểu bài
“Advantage-Disadvantage”, post này tôi cung cấp vài ví dụ cho dạng bài “Agree/ Disagree”.

Trong này bao gồm phần Introduction của chính tác giả một quyển sách dạy viết Writing task 2 (IELTS),
và hai ví dụ khác, dễ viết hơn, do tôi ngồi viết chơi cho vui. Các bạn xem xong, cải tiến nữa thì thật là tốt
cho các bạn.

ĐỀ BÀI

Technology is becoming increasingly prevalent in the world today. Given time, technology will
completely replace the teacher in the classroom. Do you agree or disagree with this statement?

TÁC GIẢ VIẾT

In today’s world, the use of technology is ever-increasing. Even in classrooms technology can be
commonly seen. It is disagreed that technology will completely replace the teacher in the classroom.
Analyzing both the inability of a technology-driven teacher to discipline students in a classroom as well
as this robotic teacher’s hindrance to a student’s learning process will show this. (Task 2: How to write at

+ Nowadays, the use of technology is greater than ever, present in different areas of life. Though
education is famous for being slow to be technologically upgraded, the presence of technological
devices in classrooms is obviously widespread. This has led to a question of whether human teachers
will be replaced by automated versions. Considering the special abilities of real teachers, I strongly
believe this will never happen. (Example 1)

+ The world has witnessed increasing applications of technology in different life areas, including
education. This increase is simply gigantic, causing people to be concerned about the possibility of
human teachers being substituted by technology-driven ones. Considering the special abilities of real
teachers, I strongly believe this will never happen. (Example 2)

Lưu ý khi viết câu dài:

+ Nên viết chủ ngữ của câu cho ngắn gọn, và nội dung chính nên cho vào phần phía sau chủ ngữ.

Ví dụ: “What I believe | is that the answer to the above stated arguments is a big ‘No’.

“What I believe” là chủ ngữ. “Is that …. ‘NO’” là predicate – xem như vị ngữ.

+ Phần chủ ngữ không nên viết quá dài để tránh hiện tượng HEAVY-HEADED (nặng đầu: người đọc sẽ
phải đọc đến mỏi mắt rồi tới tìm thấy phần còn lại của câu. Như vậy dễ bị loãng thông tin.)

Ví dụ: That the answer to the above stated arguments is a big ‘No’ | is what I believe.
“That the answer to the above stated arguments is a big ‘No’” là chủ ngữ đấy!!! Đọc xong là mệt luôn!

+ Chỉ khi phần chủ ngữ nó liên quan đến câu trước, và buộc phải viết dài, lúc này bạn cần viết chủ ngữ
đủ dài (Ghi vầy còn khá mơ hồ. Tôi sẽ có một post khác về vấn đề này)
