    With reference to the Letter No. & Subject Cited above I am to report that the
    Bio-Metric Attendance Machine is no functioning as found defective as a result of which
    the concerned firm has been informed several times but no service action has
    responded from the firm side for which attendance register system has been introduce
    in order to authenticate the daily attendance of teaching & non-teaching employees of
    this college. It is ensured that all the employees are regular and sincere in their duties as
    per the guidelines of the Govt.

    This report is submitted with due apology and it is prayed to kindly consider the
    matter sympathetically.
