Subject: Urgent Request to Block MPCHS from Revoking Land Pledged for
Educational Institutions

We, the residents of B17 Multigardens and F17 Tele Gardens, Islamabad, write to
vehemently oppose the recent announcement by the MPCHS administration. During the
AGM, they declared their intention to reclaim land pledged for federal educational institutes
in Blocks A and B of B17 Multigardens and sell it to investors.

We strongly urge the Circle Registrar and Education Department of CDA to reject this
proposal for the following reasons:

 Crucial Need for High-Quality Education: Our communities lack affordable access to
reliable government schools offering quality education. Private schools are often
exorbitant and often fail to deliver satisfactory standards. These pledged plots offer an
invaluable opportunity to fulfill this critical need.
 Misleading AGM and Anti-Resident Decision: The agenda for the AGM did not
include any mention of reclaiming land for educational institutions. This opaque
decision, made without resident input, undermines trust and disregards the
community's welfare.
 Public Interest over Profit: Prioritizing investors' interests over the public good goes
against the very purpose of land allocation for educational purposes. Access to
education is a fundamental right, and prioritizing profits over this right sets a
dangerous precedent.
 Residents' Efforts Undervalued: Residents worked tirelessly to secure these plots for
educational institutions. The MPCHS administration's attempt to revoke this
commitment betrays our efforts and jeopardizes the well-being of our communities.

We believe this proposed land reclamation is:

 Unfair and Anti-Public: It deprives citizens of access to affordable, quality education.

 Undemocratic and Opaque: It was made without proper transparency or resident
input.
 Shortsighted and Unsustainable: Prioritizing short-term gains over long-term
community development is unwise.

Therefore, we implore you to:

 Reject any request from MPCHS to reclaim land pledged for educational institutions.
 Investigate the legality and transparency of the AGM proceedings.
 Hold MPCHS accountable for its deceptive practices and disregard for the
community's well-being.

We, the residents, stand united in our opposition to this detrimental decision. We believe that
providing quality education for all should be a priority, and we urge you to protect the
pledged land for its intended purpose.

Sincerely,

Residents of B17 Multigardens and F17 Tele Gardens, Islamabad
