1. Some people believe that playing video or computer games should be

banned among children as it has negative effects on them.
Nowadays, as technology advances more and more, kids prefer playing
video or computer games than engaging in outside activities for
entertainment. I completely agree that playing video or computer games
should be banned among children as it has negative effects on them.
In the first place, many children become addicted to them and they play
for hours, sometimes through the night. Besides, they often spend a lot of
time playing video games about fighting, fighting or violence, which can
increase their aggression and belligerence. For example, even though
PUBG is a violent game, many kids still play it. And there have been
instances where kids killed their parents after becoming addicted to violent
video games.
Furthermore, addition to online games also raises the risk of obesity,
sleep issues, memory loss. Over 2,800 kids aged 11 to 14 participated in a
study by the Central Endocrine Hospital, and more than half of them played
online games. And the results obtained through research showed that the
rate of overweight and obese children in the survey group was up to nearly
28%.
On the other hand, some people believe that computer games can be a
method for young people to unwind and relieve stress as education
becomes increasingly rigorous. It can take them into different worlds where
they can escape from reality. In addition to this, computer games today are
very advanced and can help children develop their thinking skills.
All things considered, through, playing video or computer games has
negative effects on children. And we should be banned them from playing
video or computer games.
2. More and more children are becoming obese. What are the
causes of this and what are the effects.
Chilhood obesity is a major public health concern, with an increasing
number of children and adolescents becoming overweight or obese. This is
a serious issue as it can lead to a range of health problems, both in
childhood and adulthood.
One of the main causes of obesity in children is pỏo diet, which is a
major factor in chilhood obesity. Children who consume a diet high in
processed foods, sugary drinks, and unhealthy fats are more likely to
become overweight or obese. Physical inactivity is another major factor
contributing to childhood obesity. Children who spend too much time
sitting down and not getting enough exercise are more likely to gain
weight. The environment in which a child grows up can also play a role in
their weight. Children who live in homes where unhealthy foods are the
norm and where there is little opportunity for physical activity are more
likely to become obese.
Childhood obesity can lead to a range of health problems, including:
cardiovascular disease, cancer, respiratory problems, mental health
problems,... Children who are obese are more likely to develop heart
disease, high blood pressure, and stroke in adulthood. They are more likely
to develop certain types of cancer. Children who are obese are more likely
to develop asthma and other respiratory problems. They prone to
depression , anxiety, and low self-esteem.
Childhood obesity is a serious issue that can lead to a range of health
problems. It is important to address the causes of childhood obesity and to
promote healthy eating and physical activity in children.
