Learning Outcomes

After completing this assignment, students will be able to:

 an awareness of what culture is;


 an appreciation of values and norms of other cultures;
 how colonialism is not just an Indigenous struggle; and
 a recognition within themselves that their attitudes towards Indigenous People may
have been shaped by external media or experiences.

Instructions

There are self-reflection questions in each module. Select three of the questions in each
module on what your pre-conceived ideologies were and how this course changed your
understanding how thinking and working across cultures. What have you learned about specific
cultures?

Part 1: Students will submit 1 document in Unit 6 addressing self-reflection questions from
Units 1-5 (3-4 pages in total)

Part 2: Students will submit 1 document in Unit 10 addressing self-reflection questions


from Units 6-10 (3-4 pages in total)
