This is to certify that Mr. Raymart M. Abrogina was an employee of CB&I (Philippines) Inc. and
worked as a Blaster/Painter for our Project, Pinamucan Ibaba, Batangas City from January 01,
2018 up to August 31, 2023.

During this time, Mr. Raymart M. Abrogina was employed full-time and the average work week
was 48 hours.

Mr. Raymart M. Abrogina was responsible for the following responsibilities.

1. Conduct toolbox meeting to determined what kind of hazard we are dealing on site.
2. Perform housekeeping at the site.
3. Perform trouble shooting all the equipment prior to use.
4. Check the host connection of blasting host.
5. Check the blasting pot prior to start.
6. Check blasting hood is fit completely over the head and neck to shoulder with
constant supply of clean air.
7. Check the weather condition or asked the supervisor prior to start
8. Check the surface of the tank before start blasting if the salt contamination is already
wash if not asked the supervisor that needs to hydro wash and check again the
condition of the surface.
