 Problem Statement

In Power BI, the process of preparing and cleaning data is essential for ensuring data quality and reliability.
This involves tasks like data profiling, data cleansing, and handling missing values. Transforming and
loading data in Power BI is the next crucial step, where data is transformed to meet specific business
requirements.

Tasks:

1) Load the Customers and Sales CSV files from the following link: (Provide Screenshot)

2) Split and rename columns “Customer Name” into “First Name” and “Last Name” in the Power BI.

3) Add conditional column on “Age” column and convert age into three categories like (Young: 17-
30), (Adult:31-45) and (Senior: above >45). (Provide Screenshot)
4) Remove column “Age” and “Region” from the “Customer” data and change data types of “Postal
code” column from number to text. (Provide Screenshot)

Requirement:
In this exercise you are required to perform all the given tasks and provide screenshots of each task in
MS Word solution file.
