DWJ Studio’s annual Winter Holiday Class will be available

from 9 December - 6 January to fill your school holiday
activities with creative and magial art classes!

Bagaimana jika ingin mengikuti kelas tertentu tetapi jadwal

tidak sesuai?
Permintaan Anda akan dimasukkan ke waiting list, dengan syarat minimal 3
anak yang mendaftar maka kelas akan berlangsung. Jika ingin sesi
kelompok dengan request materi dapat dilangsungkan dengan minimal 3
anak.
Apakah bisa membatalkan janji kelas?

Membatalkan kelas berarti biaya akan hangus. Anda bisa mengganti
hari/pindah jadwal dengan maksimal pembatalan h-1 sebelum kelas. Diluar
itu akan dikenakan biaya tambahan sebanyak +25%.
Bagaimana persyaratan bagi murid Regular Class?

Paket diskon berlaku untuk Regular Student yang bergabung paling lambat
di bulan November.
Kalau tidak bisa mengikuti jadwal selama winter class, apakah

masih bisa mengikuti kelas-kelas Winter Holiday diluar periode?
Bisa, tergantung ketersediaan materi kelas yang dipilih dan bersyarat
minimal 3 anak per kelas.
Apakah anak boleh ditemani pendamping?

Semua pendamping wajib menunggu di ruang tunggu yang tersedia. Murid
berusia 3 tahun ke bawah bisa ditemani 1 orang pendamping.

What if i want to join a certain class but the schedule doesn't

match?
Your request will be put on the waiting list, with the minimum of 3
partcipants registering then the class will take place. If you want a group
session with a request for a class material, it can be held with a minimum
of 3 students.
Can i cancel class appointments?

Canceling a class means the fee will be forfeited. You can switch days/
schedule with a maximum cancellation of d-1 before class. Beyond that, an
additional fee of +25% will be charged.
What are the requirements for Regular Class students?

The discount package applies to regular students who joined in November
at the latest.
If i can't join the winter class schedule, can i join the

material class after the event period?
Yes you can, depending on the availability of materials with a minimum
requirement of 3 students per class.
Is it possible to have a guardian/escort waiting?

All guardians/escorts are to wait in the designated waiting room. Children
under the age of 3 may be accompanied by 1 companion.
