During this on-the-job training period, students smoothly transition to

the professional world. Although interns are typically students, they
can also be high school students or post-graduate adults.

Generally, an internship works as an exchange of services for

experience between the student and the employer.

The internship can also be used as an opportunity for the student to

try before choosing a specific career path. At the same time, he can
