DEFINITION OF QUALITY STANDARDS
The letters "CE" are the abbreviation of the French phrase "Conformité Européene" which literally means "European Conformity". CE
mark ensures the free movement of products within the EAA, that conform with safety, health, and environmental protection
requirements, in accordance with the ‘’New Approach Directives’’ introduced in 1985. As products that do not bear the CE Mark, are
not allowed to enter EU countries, the CE mark can be defined as an ‘’Industrial product passport’’ that allows the movement of
products within the EU domestic market.

Following the "CE" conformity mark, the identification number of the Notified Body performing the assessment must be included. The
Notified Body can be validated on https://ec.europa.eu. The 2163 embedded in our product, demonstrates that the conformity has
been assigned by an institution approved by the European Union.

ISO 9001 Quality Management System, allows an organization to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services
that meet customer and regulatory requirements. ISO 9001:2015 ISO 9001:2015 is the standard, defined by the International Stand-
ards Organization (ISO) that specifies the requirements for a quality management system. The main purpose of this standard is to
establish a disciplined structure in organizations and to ensure the presence of a quality management system. The International
Standards Organization (ISO), reviews these standards every five years to determine whether revisions are needed to keep the
standards current and relevant. The ‘’2015’’ shows that this is the version adopted in the year 2015.

The TSE Certificate is a certificate of production competence. With the TSE Certificate, trademarks are protected by adding the TSE
logo. The tests are performed by TSE officials and organizations that meet the standards after the analysis and audit of production
sites are issued the Certificate of Conformity to Turkish Standards.

The G Mark is a mandatory mark for building materials that are not subject to CE in Turkey. It is used by attaching it to the label of the
product, the packing of the product, or included in the commercial documents of that product. It ensures the conformity of products
that are not subject to the technical specifications in the Construction Materials Regulation in Turkey.

CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTS DIRECTIVE (305/2011/AB)

This regulation purposes to simplify and clarify the existing framework for the placing on the market of construction products and to clarify the affixing of CE marking to
construction products.

THE DECLARATION OF PERFORMANCE (DOP)

The Declaration of Performance is a key part of the Construction Products Regulation. It provides information on the performance of a product. Each construction product
covered by a European harmonised standard or for which a European Technical Assessment has been issued needs this Declaration and has to be CE marked. This helps
increase transparency and improves the functioning of the Single Market.
The minimum amount of information that the manufacturer is obliged to provide is innovative compared with the current situation under the Construction Products
Directive (CPD), the manufacturer has to declare - the intended use(s) of the product and - at least one of the relevant essential characteristics for each of the declared
intended use(s).
The CE marking follows the DoP and means that the manufacturer has strictly followed all the applicable procedures for drawing up his DoP and, consequently, the DoP is
accurate and reliable
Manufacturers shall keep the technical documentation and the declaration of performance for a period of 10 years after the construction product has been placed on the
market in case it is requested by the customer (distributor or end user).

CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY OF FACTORY PRODUCTION CONTROL

Factory Production Control is the implementation of manufacturing processes in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001 and CE certification requirements. This service is
designed to ensure production stability to ensure a product conforms to technical specifications and performance characteristics as declared by the manufacturer.
All the elements, requirements and provisions adopted by the manufacturer are documented in a systematic way containing written policies and procedures. This
production control system documentation ensures a common understanding and conformity evaluation. It enables checking the required product characteristics and the
effective operation of the production control systems. FPC brings together operational techniques and measures that allows the maintenance and control of the
conformity of the product with its technical specifications. The manufacturer establishes documents and maintains a FPC system to ensure that the products placed on the
market conform to the stated performance characteristics and the samples of the type testing.

ASSESSMENT AND VERIFICATION OF CONSTANCY OF PERFORMANCE (AVCP)

The Assessment and Verification of Constancy of Performance (AVCP) is a harmonised system defining how to assess products and control the constancy of the
assessment results. This system safeguards the reliability and accuracy of the Declaration of Performance.

Admixtures for concrete, mortar, and grout
Part 2: Concrete admixtures
This European Standard specifies definitions and requirements for admixtures for use in concrete. It covers admixtures for plain, reinforced, and
prestressed concrete which are used in site mixed, ready mixed concrete, and precast concrete. The performance requirements in this standard apply to
admixtures used in concrete of normal consistence.

Chemical concrete admixtures; are used to affect the fresh and/or hardened concrete properties of the concrete, to increase the workability of the
concrete, to ensure its protection, and to improve the early and final strength.
They are the materials added to the concrete during the mixing process, not exceeding 5% of the cement mass, to improve the fresh and/or hardened
properties of the concrete.

PC-62 HYPER-PLASTICIZER CONCRETE ADMIXTURE

LONG WORKING TIME

Provides high early strength
DESCRIPTION
Polycarboxylate-based, highly water-reducing hyper plasticizer concrete admixture developed for prefabricated applications where the time
between concrete production and placing in the mold is short.

AREA OF USAGE & SPECIFICATIONS

Non-segregating concrete applications,
Concrete applications with low water/cement ratio,
Precast concretes requiring high early strength development.

ADVANTAGES
PC-62, a new generation superplasticizer concrete additive, provides
high workability to fresh concrete without causing segregation.
It allows concrete mix designs with low water/cement ratios to be
made with a low utilization rate.
Provides high early strength to hardened concrete, allowing early
mold removal. In this way, it provides a significant reduction in
construction time. With these features, PC-62 is also a suitable
additive for precast concrete.
Does not contain chloride ions. It does not cause reinforcement
corrosion.
Increases frost resistance of hardened concrete.
It increases the impermeability of concrete

CONSUMPTION
In all types of concrete classes defined in EN 206 and
EN 13515 standards, the rate of use in self-compacting
concrete applications and prefabricated element
construction is between 0.4% and 0.4% by weight of
the total binder in the mixture design for fluid
consistencies. It is recommended to use in the 2.0
ratio range. This ratio varies according to the cement,
aggregate, mineral additives, water components used
in the concrete mix design, and also the desired fresh
and hardened concrete properties. For this reason,
laboratory trials should be carried out according to
the desired properties and the mixing ratio should be
determined. Laboratory trials should be done and the
mixing ratio should be determined.
