Costs in the case of late pay- EUI Limited will charge £7.50 for rejected Direct Debit instalments. If we have to cancel

Consequences of missing pay- If you fail to make your payment, EUI Limited will send you a default notice. This will

If you do not pay the outstanding balance after your policy is cancelled, EUI Limited will
apply an extra Debt administration charge of £15.00 and a Debt Recovery services re-
ferral fee of £30.00 to cover the administration cost of referring your outstanding bal-
ance to a debt collection agency. The debt collection agency reserves the right to adopt
legal proceedings to recover the debt which may add further charges.
EUI Limited reserves the right to refuse future credit to a borrower who has a poor re-
payment record.
Defaults may be reported to credit reference agencies, which may make credit harder
to obtain in the future.
