I. TITLE: TRAINING FOR TAEKWONDO ATHLETES WHO WILL ATTEND THE RIZAL PROVINCIAL
GAMES
II. OBJECTIVES:
1. To prepare the players for the Regional Meet by nurturing and enhancing their skills in
Taekwondo
2. Update and Upgrade their techniques in sparring
3. To develop sportsmanship and camaraderie, good athlete’s attitude among players,
teammates, as well as coaching staff.
4. Identify the strength and weaknesses and give focus in developing the weaknesses.
5. Appreciate the fun in working in the group and be part as a team builder of CALABARZON
Delegation.
III. RATIONALE: The TANAY TAEKWONDO TEAM are composed of talented trainers and one of the key to
achieve the gold medals along with the Coaching staff, players, and parents as a key partner with the
program. The Training will be held starting January 8, 2024 at Tanat Taekwondo Center, Tanay, Rizal as
training center with the best facilities for the said event.

VI. BUDGETARY ALLOTMENT:
VII. EXPECTED OUTPUT: At the end of the Training Sessions, the Players should be able to meet all
the specific requirements needed (such as body weight /height, skills, speed power,
techniques, attitude during and after the game) prior to the competition.
VIII. REMARKS: 1.The Team will also have competition prior to the proper game to assess the
development of the player’s performance that will help to address the needs of every player.
The Team also focus not only on physical aspects but also emotional and spiritual.
