To follow this pattern, you should be acquainted with the basic notions of crochet.
The skill level of this pattern is intermediate.
Your finished doll will be 15 cm tall if you use the materials indicated in the pattern - if you decide
to use a different type of yarn or hook, the size of your amigurumi will change too. Change your
hook size if you use a kind of yarn that has a different weight.
This doll is made with single crochet sts in x, unless otherwise indicated.
Stuff as you crochet.
You can add your own touch to your amigurumi by embroidering her eyebrows or lashes, changing
the size of the safety eyes... give her some personality to make her stand out from the rest!

That’s it, our little Sariel is ready!

Sariel is inspired by a tradition from my childhood.

I always remember how the 5-year-olds from my school used to dress up and act out the Nativity every
year, and us, the rest of the students, would go in groups to visit them and sing them Christmas carols. It
was a special day full of joy!
Once I was old enough and it was my turn to dress up, I was told to act as the Christmas angel that used a
shooting star to guide everyone to the Nativity scene. That is why when I designed our dear Sariel, she
could not be any other character: she had to be a Christmas Angel too.
Some things should never be lost, like the joy of children for days like Christmas.
Let’s cherish these traditions!

I hope you had fun making her!
