collections of fees/taxes and accelerating its
commercial/industrial activities;
4. Facilitate and promotion of Eco/Agri-Tourism industry;

INFRASTRUCTURE AND UTILITIES

1. To improve electrification and water facilities;

2. Improve communication and transportation facilities and
services;
3. Improve agricultural-infrastructure facilities;
4. Improve access both vertical and horizontal facilities;
5. Develop the support infrastructure in the activation of local
potentials.

STRATEGIC GOAL: ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

To sustain the Ecological Solid Waste Management, reforestation,
integrated coastal management, air and water pollution control.
