Add Activity before "Material Submtittal" for "Prequalification of

subcontractor/supplier"

Acceptance criteria under item 3 shall be "Each location/system"

Activity 3.5 Spelling mistake of "Hydrostatic pressure test"

If title is changed as per Engineer comment 1 "as system",

then include activity for installation of Fire pumps (diesel & electric) and Jockey
pump.

Activity for "Installation of FDC not included".

Add "Installation of Air vent devices at all system high points, system drain pipe
connecting nearing drain lines in the checklist.

Checklist reference shall include "as per NFPA 13"

Submit ITP for T&C for Wet sprinkler system separately.

Make Witness point for CSC for all installations. and Hold point for all Testing.
