Freq under item 3.1 shall be "Each loop/zone"

Make Witness point for CSC for all installations. and Hold point for all Testing.

Activity 2.1 Material receiving visual inspection (Internal) not required to be

mentioned in ITP.

Records to be generated for Activities in section 3 shall be "WIR/Checklist/Test

reports" only.

Activity 3.1 description "First fix - Conduits, boxes cable trays, trunk and
ladders installed in their correct places and as per approved drawings
Interchange Activity 3.2 and 3.3.
Activity 3.2 description "Second fix - Cable pulling, laying"
Activity 3.3 description "Third fix - FA devices, Storbe lights, input/outputs,
monitor modules along with manual pull-station, fire/smoke/multi detectors, FACP,
repeater panel, batteries, etc.

Add "Penetration of conduit sealing with fireproof materials" in the checklist

Submit separate ITP for T&C of FA system

Checklist shall include the NFPA 72 in the reference.
