RECHARGE 2021
Recharge 2021 livestream is the FILMING of a new "BaZi Training Program" -
tentatively titled "BaZi Academy 2021" that will be made available in Q2 this year.
To put it simply - you’re watching the making of a program, from behind the scenes.
What this means:
- Slides are simple, few and mostly incomplete. Accept them as they are.
The complete slides will be done for the final program once the filming ends.
- No notes will be provided until the release of the actual program.

(As they are not written yet)
- The camera angle will not be perfect - Joey Yap ooking at the camera and speaking
to you, because he has to look at the other camera that we’ve set up to film
the program.
- Whenever he looks and speaks in your direction (the Live audience camera),
he’s offering additional impromptu information or advice to you.
- You are essentially watching the filming of a new yet-to-be-released program,

Q: I’m a visual learner - without slides I cannot learn.

A: Waiting for everything to be convenient for you is called spoon-feeding and
a sense of entitlement . The world doesn’t operate to and run on your convenience.
Human beings are resilient and adaptive.

Q: I’m afraid I can’t understand.

A: O ye’ of little faith. Is that how you approach life?
Being afraid without even trying? It sucks to be you.
Q: What if I miss some parts where you’re talking too fast?

A: Here are some solutions:
1. Write faster
2. Have a study buddy to listen with at the same time and share the notes
3. Buy the course at the end
Q: I’m a beginner. I’m not sure if I can follow your live filming because you said
it’s for a full programme.
A: The journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step.
This is the first step.
Q: I am confused. I don't understand

A: Take it slowly. No one understands everything at the start. Start from where
you are, don't worry about not knowing the "basics" or not knowing "some parts".
It's ok. Just grasp what you can and then study the missing bits LATER.
Also, stop using descriptions like “I am confused” or “I am a slow learner” to describe

yourself. Your mind believes whatever you tell it to identify with. Use descriptions like
“This is interesting...” or “I’m getting this...” or " I will find out more about this later ..."
to describe your learning journey. This way, you will master this subject (or any subject
in life) better !

Q: What if I don't understand everything ?

A: It's very normal for a beginner to only start by understanding bits and pieces. Do not
worry. In time, with a little bit of self-study, you will fill in the missing bits and
understand better. What’s most important is that you don’t allow the ONE THING you
don't immediately know, to stop you from receiving the other important information
during the training.
Q: But I can't read my chart?

A: You can read your chart. Just not the entire chart at once.
One piece of information at a time.
Q: How Do I Get My BaZi Chart?

This is the Destiny Explorer 2.1 Beta. There will be some sections that are "locked" as
the programming is NOT ready yet. Our tech team are rushing this to be ready in time for
the Q2 Launch of the actual BaZi Academy 2021 Program.
Q: Should I use my Lunar Date of Birth on the BaZi Plotter?

A: NO. The software is intelligent enough to convert your time from the western Gregorian
Date of Birth to the correct BaZi Chart based on the Chinese Solar Calendar.
Q: Having trouble plotting my bazi chart on the plotter....I have..till now my bazi chart
is still hanging.
A: Try again. Maybe the server is busy. You can always try again at another time.
Q: What is the name of the BaZi Course you are filming ? When can we buy the final
product when it is ready?
A: The tentative name of this program is "BaZi Academy 2021: Destiny Management,
Personality Profiling & Life Transformation"
We aim to finalized the production and launch this in Q2 this year.

1. What Is BaZi?
BaZi (also known as 8 Characters) is like a road map of your life. It’s an energy chart
that describes who you are as a person, your fundamental nature as well as all your
talents and weaknesses. Analyzing your chart can give you an insight on how you would
behave in various circumstances, where you might find the best opportunities in your
life and how you can unlock your potential to the fullest.
2. Traditional View
Traditionally, BaZi is used to predict one’s life and future. If the chart is unfavorable,
then the person would be miserable with no way of changing it. If one happens to be
born with a good chart, then he or she is guaranteed to have a good life. Essentially, it
was all about accepting your fate as you have no control over it nor can you do anything
to change your luck.
3. Contemporary JY View
Accepting what’s in your BaZi chart should not be the end, but the beginning. Not only
do you have control over your destiny, but it is also your personal responsibility to change
it for the better. By being aware of your in-born talents and skill, you can take conscious
actions and steps to make the right decisions. The chart does not determine the ultimate
outcome of your life, but your choices do.

6. The Luck Pillar

Outside the Four Pillars of Destiny, there is a 5th called the Luck Pillar. While they are
not a part of your natal chart, they do have a significant influence over it. Generally
speaking, the Luck Pillar represents the opportunities and challenges you encounter
over the duration of 10 years. Each Luck Pillar uniquely affects each aspect of your
life differently.
