 Ensuring timely compliances of various Labour Laws such as Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, Minimum
Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act, Provident Funds Act, Employees’ State Insurance
Act, Odisha Pollution Control Board, and any other applicable Statutory.

 Taking care of Contract Labour Management and ensuring the statutory compliances maintained by different
contractors and being updated to management.

 Selecting good contractors/venders through negotiation/discussion for company’s requirement and monitoring
releasing of work order in time..

 Represent the Management in the Company’s case in conciliation proceedings in an effective/suitable manner.

Sambalpur, Odishaas Assistant General Manager- HR & Admn. BR Steel is manufacturing Sponge
Iron, Bellet & Power and now it is going to expand the plant with new project.

PREVIOUS ORGANIZATIONS DETAILS:


 Worked with M/s MS Agarwal Foundries Private Limited in Hyderabad since 10th October 2019 to 30th
September 2021 (2 Years) as Deputy General Manager-HR & Admn. This is manufacturing TMT Bar having its
own DRI, SMS, Rolling Mills & Power Plant. This group has been into steel since 25 years.

 Worked with The Joint Venture company of JSW Steel & Thriveni Group (M/s Brahmani River Pellets Ltd.)
at Kalinga Nagar, Jajpur, Odisha, since 16thFebruary 2008to 9thOctober 2019 (11 Years 8 Months) as Assistant
General Manager–IR&HR, which is a 4 MTPA Pellet Plant and it is exporting to various countries and selling in
India.

 Worked with M/s. Eastern Steels & Power Ltd, Jharsuguda, Odisha since 1st April 2004 to 14th February 2008
(3 Years 10 months) as Manager-HR.Thisis an Integrated Steel Plant having its own power plant.

 Worked with M/s. Rungta Mines Limited, Barbil, Odisha since 1stApril 2002 to 31st March 2004 (2 Years)
Deputy Manager HR & Administration. Rungta has been in the Mining Business for the past 8decades which is
into Iron & Manganese Mines and also having own Plants.

 Worked with M/s.Citizen Electricals (P) Limited, Delhi since 1stAugust 1997 to 31st January 2002 (4 Years 6
months) as Assistant Manager- HR. This company is basically manufacturing electrical parts.
