Set up 4 MTPA Pellet Plant successfully in Kalinga Nagar, Odisha through various IR/Local challenges i.e. from
green field project to operational stage including completion 220 km Slurry pipe line from Barbil to K. Nagar.
Set up HR/Pnl/Admn department in various organizations by implementing statutory compliances and HR Policy.

Maintaining harmonious relationship with Union and to resolve the grievances of the employees promptly with

Taking care of pant accidents and further action for compliances including compensation settlements, etc.
Negotiating with Union through bipartite/tripartite settlements related to wage agreement & other issues.
Maintaining healthy relationship with the local representatives and senior political bodies.
HR Policy / Mannual
Designing/ implementation of HR Policy and relevant formats as and when required.
Ensuring fully adherence to EHS Policy at site and implementation of 5S & ISO for the organization.
Implementing of TPM in the organization & also implementing 5S System at different locations inside plant.
Administration
Taking care entire security system at site and engage them properly at site.
Monitoring the media activities related to advertisement, news, press conference etc.
Responsible for other activities like travel, transportation, Hotel, stationery, printing, telephone, courier, etc.
Liaison with various Government Departments like District Collector, Police Station, Revenue Department,
BSNL, Municipality office, etc as per company’s requirement.
Visiting to Factory & Boiler Department, Pollution Control Board, IDCO office, Fire office, etc as per
requirement.
CSR Initiatives
Taking care of CSR initiatives as per Government guidelines to create cordial relations with the general public
and surrounding villages for ensuring desired CSR activities.
Visiting different places from Panchayat to District Level areas for implementing the CSR programs successfully
as per their requirements.
Implementing CSR activities in time successfully related to Health Camp, Relief distribution, Education, Water
distribution, Construction of Communality Centre, etc.
Proper manpower planning in consultation with Functional Heads & Plant Head.
Planning for Interview, Selection and Placement of candidates and monitoring them till joining.
Design training programmes for upgrading general communication skills and Evaluation and checking
Effectiveness of Training.
Planning and conducting new employees’ orientation / job confirmation and developing communication and
counseling system with the employees.
Ensuring Annual appraisals & increments in time with coordination of different departments.

PRESENT ORGANIZATION:
Working with M/s BR Steel & Power Pvt Ltd. (Formerly known as Rathi Steel & Power Ltd.),
Sambalpur, Odishaas Assistant General Manager- HR & Admn. BR Steel is manufacturing Sponge
Iron, Bellet & Power and now it is going to expand the plant with new project.
Worked with The Joint Venture company of JSW Steel & Thriveni Group (M/s Brahmani River Pellets Ltd.)
at Kalinga Nagar, Jajpur, Odisha, since 16thFebruary 2008to 9thOctober 2019 (11 Years 8 Months) as Assistant
General Manager–IR&HR, which is a 4 MTPA Pellet Plant and it is exporting to various countries and selling in
India.
Worked with M/s. Eastern Steels & Power Ltd, Jharsuguda, Odisha since 1st April 2004 to 14th February 2008
(3 Years 10 months) as Manager-HR.Thisis an Integrated Steel Plant having its own power plant.
Worked with M/s. Rungta Mines Limited, Barbil, Odisha since 1stApril 2002 to 31st March 2004 (2 Years)
Deputy Manager HR & Administration. Rungta has been in the Mining Business for the past 8decades which is
into Iron & Manganese Mines and also having own Plants.
Worked with M/s.Citizen Electricals (P) Limited, Delhi since 1stAugust 1997 to 31st January 2002 (4 Years 6
months) as Assistant Manager- HR. This company is basically manufacturing electrical parts.
