desires to terminate the Lease prematurely by sending notice as
specified in Article 2.16.2, then notwithstanding anything
mentioned in (i) above, the Lessee may surrender the Vehicle
by paying Premature Termination Amount which shall be
equivalent to 3 (Three) months Rentals provided :

 Lease Period of 36 months have expired; and

 Vehicle has not exceeded 20,000 Kms in a
year (Kms Cap) during a period of 12 months

calculated pro-rata if it is used for less than a
period of 12 months within the Lease Period;

exceed Rs 15,00,000/-
 Vehicles transferred from one branch to
another will not continue in the return option
if at all agreed at the start of contract.
