How to flip your Bubble-Free Applicator

without hydraulic jack system

Technical requirements:
- 2 pieces of „euro” pallets (150mm high)

- 2 hand pallet trucks

- 10 pieces of 100x100mm and 2 pieces of 100x60mm logs (200-250mm long enough),

- 2 pieces of 20x60mm max. 10mm thick MDF / plywood / wood.

- 8 pieces Wood screws long (100-120mm), 4 pieces short screws (40-50mm)

- 1 car lift (negligible, as the table can be lifted with human power)

- 6 workers (Kevlar / steel insole shoes recommended)

1. Preparation:
- remove everything from the table (including PVC)

- remove the plastic plugs from the bridge and legs on the side to which the table will be tilted

- provide edge protectors to the edge of the table and the bridge on the same side

- tie up the bridge

- removing side pockets are optional but recommended

- screw 1-1 of the 100x100 blocks on the pallet, in line with the edge of the pallet, using the long
screws,

Before the piece of MDF would be on

- then fix the 100x60 blocks (screws on it), and finally the small piece of MDF with the short screws
(each with 2-2 screws) to each other). so the point where the legs of the table rest will be 31cm high.

The short or the longer side of the pallet can also be used, the point being that the legs of the pallet
(where the pallet has full wood support) are bolted to the wooden cube.
 2. Getting started

- lift the table with the help of the car lift at one end of the table so that the pallet with the wooden
cubes fits on one side and 3 x 100x wooden cubes on the other side

- brake the wheels so that they cannot turn sideways

Measure and note the distance between the pallet and the wooden block!
This information will be needed at flipping back, where to put the wooden blocks
 Wheels fixed in the right position

-repeat the previous two steps at the other end of the table as well

The grey polyfoam was only placed for safety reasons, it is forbidden the bridge touch the ground!

- place 1-1 100x100 wooden blocks on the pallet where the edge of the table is expected to arrive

The center of the wooden cube should be about 700mm from the center of the bolt!
 3. The flipping

- as shown in the picture, 4 workers - who will flip the table - are positioned on the side opposite the
pallets (in a way, they do not disturb each other)

- 2 people will stand on the pallets, they will ensure (with counterweigh) so that the table cannot tilt
any further (overtilting is out of question, because the height is calculated, it will be completely
vertical and the table will rest on 4 points)

 4. Moving

- 1-1 person handle the pallet movers, 2-2 people walks on both sides of the table and hold the table

- everyone pushes (forward) at the same time and everyone acts attentively and cautiously!
 5. Flipping back

- place the 3-3 blocks at the distance previously measured from the pallet

- everyone returns to their previous position. Four of them pull the table over themselves, two of
them from the other side helping out with a raise

- during flipping, make sure that the table does not slip off the pallet or wooden cubes
 6. Final steps

- by lifting the table with the car lift, the supports are removed.

- Replacement / installation of PVC and other elements, commissioning.
