Don't hit the snooze button on your alarm clock. The body doesn't know whether to be awake or
asleep because sleep hormones are released again
Get up immediately and don't be on the phone in bed. If you use a cell phone as an alarm clock,
move it further away so that you have to get up to press the alarm button. Also Make sure the last
thing you see the night before isn't a phone display
Eat a healthy meal with a protein source and a piece of fruit for vitamins. Also drink water because
your body loses a lot of water during the night
Try to go to sleep and get up at the same time every day. so that the body can get used to it
