Attendance requirements for Tier 4/Student visa holders – London Campus Students
Overseas travel is only permitted during official vacation periods. You are expected to attend your course at
all other times.
You can work full time only during official vacation periods. Your residence permit states the maximum number
of hours that you can work in term time. A status letter or matriculation card confirms your enrolment at UWS.
NB: Some courses run outwith the designated term dates. It is your responsibility to check the dates of your
course. Contact your school directly for confirmation of your official vacation periods if your course runs outwith
the designated term dates.

Postgraduate research courses
Full-time work and travel are only permitted during vacation periods authorised by your supervisor.
Authorised vacation periods can be verified with a fully completed Change of Circumstances form.
