CHAPTER LEADERS HANDBOOK
 The Leaders Formation Handbook

The Leaders Formation Handbooks is are manuals and training programs for household,
unit, and chapter leaders of Couples for Christ. It serves as the basic guide for them to
develop their leadership capability and pastoral experience, and to grow in holiness and
discipleship while serving in Couples for Christ. It is important that all leaders complete
the required formation and undergo all trainings required of them. For the manuals, the
one who has assigned the couple or the person, should orient them of the content. For
the trainings, the couple leader should attend them and not merely read them.

Those who are serving at the unit level, i.e. chapter YFC/KFC/SFC/SOLD/HOLD couple
coordinators, are also expected to go through both the household leaders and unit leaders
training, in addition to their training in their respective ministries. Mission Core members
must have also gone through all the teachings in this handbook.
