- This document is under copyright to the architect (THE BEAUMONTPARTNERSHIP) and Client
- Unit price is only an indication. Contractor must reconfirm pricing &availability prior to submit final quotation to PM ,clients or architect.
- Contractors shall submit shop drawings and prototypes of each section for approval prior to actual production & installation.
- Contractor shall submit all samples to designer for approval prior to procurement
- Contractor shall follow all manufacturers installation guidelines throughout& submit product certification at the stage of construction completion.
