Mr. Sarfaraz, has contributed management expertise to several multinational companies such as Unilever, SB
(GSK), Jardine Matheson / Olayan JV and PepsiCo during his varied career.

Sarfaraz Ahmed Rehman In 2005, he established Engro Foods as its CEO. The company grew from a green-field to become the leading
liquid dairy company in Pakistan. He also has been involved in consultancy projects, with ICI, IBL, JSPE, Shan
Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer Foods, Al-Shaheer (Meat One), Soya Supreme, Burque Corp, CCL and ITL.
(MD&CEO) Mr. Sarfaraz was contracted to Grant Thornton for 2016-17 as an executive coach during a culture change
Joined the Board on October 16, 2021 project at UBL. He has coached for Careem, Gatron-Novatex, Engro, ICI, Descon, PPL, UBL and City School.
Further, he was Chairman of the Broadcasters / Advertisers Council and 1st Effie Awards in Pakistan. He was
also on the Board of MAP.

Prior to joining FFC, he joined Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited (FFBL) as MD&CEO, and his effective business
strategy led to turnaround of FFBL making it a profitable entity.
Mr. Sarfaraz is deeply interested in playing his part in giving back to society and has worked on an online
interactive education model for mass education, been associated with Shaukat Khanum Hospital as a Board
of Governor and with WWF as a Director. He is also conveyor with Hisaar Foundation and its work on water /
environmental.

Mr Khan has three decades of experience with Procter & Gamble in Senior Management including seven years
as Chief Executive Officer of Gillette Pakistan. He was twice elected as President of American Business Council
(ABC) and twice on the Board of Directors of Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OICCI).

Currently, he holds directorship on the board of following companies along with Fauji Fertilizer Company:
