Secure an appointment and interview any of the following positions: Front Office Manager, Housekeeping
Manager or Banquet Manager
Proof of appointment should be attached in the documentation portion
Create a 5 minute video presentation showing the facilities as well as the highlights of the
interview process. The interviewee and the group members should be seen in the video. Please ask
for permission before proceeding with the video recording.
I. Hotel Profile
The Following questions should be answered in the interview and should be the content of the written
report:
1. Introduction (1 whole page)
2. Hotel Profile (Name, Hotel Details, Contacts Information)
3. Map (How to get there? Include the modes of transportation from LPU-Cavite)
4. What is the type of the hotel?
5. What are the facilities of the hotel? (Details of each facilities should be included)
Restaurants
Outlets
Health and wellness (spa, parlor)
Gym/ Sports facilities
Business centers
Function rooms
6. What are the different types of the room available?
7. What are the safety practices observed?
III. Comparative Analysis (Between the two hotels that you visited) (at least 1 whole page)
IV. Conclusion (1 whole page)
V. Recommendation (1 whole page)
VI. Photo documentation/attachments (as many as possible)

Practices)

Note:
Each subject instructor must be given a copy of the report (ring- binded)
Final outputs should be ring- binded according to how many major subject instructors should receive.
Final written output is the final project of the students. Date of submission will be set by the subject
instructors.
