 Secure an appointment and interview any of the following positions: Front Office Manager, Housekeeping
Manager or Banquet Manager
 Proof of appointment should be attached in the documentation portion
 Create a 5 minute video presentation showing the facilities as well as the highlights of the
interview process. The interviewee and the group members should be seen in the video. Please ask
for permission before proceeding with the video recording.

I. Hotel Profile

The Following questions should be answered in the interview and should be the content of the written
report:
1. Introduction (1 whole page)
2. Hotel Profile (Name, Hotel Details, Contacts Information)
3. Map (How to get there? Include the modes of transportation from LPU-Cavite)
4. What is the type of the hotel?
5. What are the facilities of the hotel? (Details of each facilities should be included)

 Health and wellness (spa, parlor)
 Gym/ Sports facilities
 Business centers
 Function rooms
6. What are the different types of the room available?
7. What are the safety practices observed?

II. SWOT Analysis

(Based on your observation and interview with some hotel employees, should also be seen on the video
