Write a memo to the Secretary of the organizing committee and ask her to write a reply to the
hotel. The reply should include responding to the queries by the hotel and also to confirm the
use of the hotel as the venue for the conference.

As for accommodation…
About 200 person in total will be the participants and attendees for the conferences and I also want
you to provide us a DVD projector in the hall and every meeting rooms.
I have informed the finance department of the payment so please follow up on this matter. Please
confirm it 20% deposit is made before 30/11/2023.
