RESIN COATED PROPPANTS

16/30 PREMIUM TM

PROPSTAR® PREMIUM curable grades are partially reacted, and designed to complete the curing process
when exposed to reservoir pressures and bottom hole temperatures. With excellent unconfined compressive strength
values, PROPSTAR in-situ bonding delivers superior proppant flowback control in both consolidated and
unconventional formations.

PROPSTAR PREMIUM curable produces an effective bond that maximizes cross-sectional stability through cyclic
loading and multiphase flow rates, while minimizing proppant migration in the perforated zone. Uniform resin
application to premium UNIFRAC® substrates preserves crucial interstitial space between grains for productive and
sustainable hydrocarbon recovery rates. All PROPSTAR products are compatible with cross-linked and slick water
fracturing fluids, and include a surfactant package to reduce air entrainment during mixing and pumping.

SAFETY AND HEALTH WARNING: POSSIBLE DUST EXPLOSION HAZARD-Material may form combustible dust concentrations in air. Avoid creating dust when handling, using or
storing. Keep dust away from heat and all sources of ignition. Do not exceed 5 psi when unloading this material to minimize the creation of airborne dust explosion hazard. MAY
CAUSE AN ALLERGIC SKIN REACTION. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact. LUNG INJURY AND CANCER HAZARD-Prolonged inhalation can cause delayed lung injury including
SILICOSIS, a progressive, disabling and sometimes fatal lung disease. IARC and NTP have determined that crystalline silica can cause lung cancer in humans. Follow OSHA or other
relevant safety and health standards for the form of crystalline silica called quartz. Consult current material safety data sheet before handling or working with this material.
