CORPORATION represented by its alleged President & CEO MR. REY
G. BERADOR is NOT registered with the Philippine Economic Zone
Authority (PEZA) and is NOT in any way connected with PEZA and hence,
is NOT authorized to issue any Certificate of Accreditation or any document
for and in behalf of PEZA or any of its offices/units.

Based on information and reports that reached our office, UNIWEST

DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION and/or its alleged President & CEO
MR. REY G. BERADOR has been issuing Certificates of Accreditation
prominently displaying thereon the PEZA logo and seal, for a fee, to entice
would-be investors to his alleged land development projects, specifically
located in the province of Cebu and/or accreditation for contractors and
manpower agencies wanting to do business inside economic zones. Any
transaction entered into by UNIWEST DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
and/or its alleged President & CEO MR. REY G. BERADOR as a result
thereof is not sanctioned by PEZA and shall not be binding to PEZA.

We encourage the public to report to PEZA at odg@peza.gov.ph any

knowledge, information or complaint regarding the transaction or operation
of UNIWEST DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION and/or MR. REY G.
BERADOR on this regard.

We wish to warn the public that any unauthorized use of the PEZA
name and/or logo shall be subject to administrative, criminal and/or civil
prosecution under relevant laws.
