IMPORTANT NOTICE AND OTHER CONDITIONS

1. Passenger is required to take note of the name of ferry or vessel, boarding time and departure gate, and to check-in 45 minutes before departure.

2. Passenger with vehicle is required to take note of the name of ferry or vessel, boarding time and departure gate, and to check-in 1 hour before
departure.

3. Passengers booked and paid on-line with itinerary print-outs need to check in at the ferry ticketing counters of Langkawi Auto Express Ferry Terminal 1
hour before to receive the boarding pass before boarding. Failure to do so would result in cancellation of the booked ticket/s and no refund shall be
entertained.

4. Motorists/vehicle owner should ensure the type of vehicle and cubic centimeter (CC) is under the right category when booking. Failure to do so will
result in additional charges and LAE reserve the right to refuse the vehicle on board the vessel. All fares and charges is always subject to LAE Terms and
Conditions of Carriage (if applicable).

5. This ticket is not transferable and is only valid for the trip, date and time as stated on the ticket.

6. An Open Return ticket: 1. Standard type is valid for 3 months only from the date of issuance of ticket. 2. Flexi type is valid for 1 months only from the
date of issuance of the ticket and 3. Super Saver type is no applicable. Any ticket (including an Open Return ticket) not used shall be forfeited and monies
paid are not refundable.

7. Smoking to strictly prohibited in the ferry or vessel.

8. Passenger must ensure that all luggage, belongings or otherwise which are brought on board the ferry or vessel shall be free from defects and are safe,
duly secured and suitable for carriage. Passenger shall not bring on board any animal, foul smelling article, prohibited drugs/substance, firearm, any
explosive/combustible matter, or any item which in the opinion of the Ferry Owner and/or Operator and/or LAE are harmful, offensive, unlawful or
inappropriate for carriage on board the ferry or vessel.

9. No CHILDREN aged 12 or under may travel if unaccompanied by an adult.

10. If you have a disability we will carry you where arrangements have been made to provide for your particular needs. If you do not inform us of your
particular needs at the time of booking, or at the very latest 48 hours before the special assistance is required, we will nevertheless use reasonable efforts
to accommodate your particular needs.

11. Fares type

Super Saver (Early Bird)

The most economical ticket option, the Super Saver, is non-refundable and non-transferable to another date.

Flexi Saver (Promotion)

Flexi Saver fare is transferable to another date (subject to availability), and Flexi fares incur a Cancellation and Amendment fee as shown in Langkawi
Auto Express standard cancellation and amendment fees list. Any payments on a Flexi fare paid by a credit generated from a Flexi fare or Super Saver
fare are non-refundable
Transferred fares must be used within three months of the original travel date. If the same price fare is unavailable an upgrade payment will be required

Normal (Standard)
Normal fares cost a little more and they are transferable to another date (subject to availability), and Normal fares incur a Cancellation and Amendment
fee as shown in Langkawi Auto Express standard cancellation and amendment fees list. Any payments on a Normal fare paid by a credit generated from a
Super Saver or Flexi Saver fare are non-refundable.
Transferred fares must be used within three months of the original travel date. If the same price fare is unavailable an upgrade payment will be required

12. Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Destroyed Tickets ±Langkawi Auto Express Sdn Bhd cannot be held responsible for any tickets that are lost, stolen,
damaged or destroyed and no refunds will be made or replacement tickets be issued in respect of these.

13. UNPAID/UNATTENDED booking will be CANCELLED by system automatically without prior notice based on:

Days booked before departure: within 3 days & Booking expired on: the next day at 5.30pm
Days booked before departure: 3 days onward & Booking expired on: 3 days before the departure date

14. All OPTION booking with OPEN travel date or amend to OPEN travel date, Booking will only valid for 7 days from the DATE BOOKED in system. After
that, system will automatically cancel the particular booking without prior notice.
