of Ho Chi Minh City with the 1st certification dated 21 May 2015, 3th amendment
dated 14/9/2016
III. STATUS OF THE OPERATION OF THE PROJECT AND
IMPLEMENTATION OF FINANCIAL OBLIGATION WITH THE STATE
1. Operational status of the project
1.1. Implementing administrative procedures:
 - Administrative procedures were implemented: applying for issuance of
investment registration certificate, enterprise registration certificate,
business license, construction permit, environment impact assessment.
- Administrative procedure(s) has not implemented yet: None
1.2. Schedule for implementation of the project (stating according to each stage
as for the investment project which has many stages):

- Factory construction: is implementing

- Installing machines, equipment: it has not yet implemented;

- Official manufacture: it has not yet implemented;

- Implementing import right, wholesale and retail distribution right (not

setting up wholesale and retail establishments): from March 2016;

- Completing investment capital: May 2020

IV. CONTENTS PROPOSED FOR EXTENSION OF SCHEDULE
Schedule for implementation of the investment project NHÀ MÁY SẢN XUẤT
PHÂN BÓN NPK – CÔNG TY TNHH PHÂN BÓN HÀN – VIỆT which is granted
Investment registration certificate no. 4320651421 by Ho Chi Minh City Export
Processing Zones Authority with the 1st certification dated 21 May 2015, the 2 nd
amendment dated 04 October 2016 is proposed for extension with the following
contents:
1. Detailed contents for the schedule extension (stating specifically the contents
proposed for schedule extension such as schedule for implementation of
investment capital, schedule for construction and putting the main work into
operation; schedule for implementation of operational objectives of the
investment project, etc.)
 - Factory construction

- Installing machines, equipment

- Official manufacture
2. The period for schedule extension: 12 months
3. Explaining the reason for schedule extension:
Because negotiation, discussion for conclusion of engineering, procurement and
construction contract for the project took more time than expected leading whole
of construction schedule is postponed.
4. Plan on keeping implementing the project:

- Factory construction: From November 2016 to June 2017

- Installing machines, equipment: from March 2017 to August 2017

- Official manufacture: from September 2017

V. COMMITMENTS OF INVESTOR/ ECONOMIC ORGANIZATION
1. Take responsibility before the law on legitimation, accuracy and honesty of
dossier and documents sending to competent authorities.
2. In respect of keeping implementing the project.
3. Strictly comply with regulations of Vietnam’s laws and Investment
Registration Certificate
