Symptom
When documents are stored using GOS (Create attachment) to SAPoffice, how can you find the related entries in tables
SOFFCONT1 (SOFF: Table for Document Contents (import/export) and SRGBTBREL (Relationships in GOS
Environment)?
How are the entries in tables SOFFCONT1 and SRGBTBREL actually linked?

Resolution
1. First goto SE16, display table SRGBTBREL and the entry you would find the link to SOFFCONT1, e.g.

infomation by check the Table SRGBTBREL

with key:

SRGBTBREL-RELTYPE = 'ATTA'

SRGBTBREL-TYPEID_A = 'BUS2012'

SRGBTBREL-INSTID_A = Purchasing
document number

Use INSTID to see the Purchase Order

2. Take note of the value in field INSTID_B as this is required in the next step

3. Goto transaction SE37 and enter function module SO_OBJECT_GET_CONTENT, then hit F8 (Test/Execute button)
and you will see:
4. Next, click on OBJECT_ID and enter the values from field INSTID_B in table SRGBTBREL into relevant fields:

5. Go back one screen and then execute and you will see output has been updated to OBJHEAD and OBJCONT:
6. If you check the output of each you will see the File name and details in OBJHEAD and in OBJCONT you will see the
details that related to the Logical ID (LOIO ID) from table SOFFPHIO (SOFF: Instances of Physical Information
Objects):

7. Then you can use the LOIO ID from OBJCONT above in table SOFFPHIO to see details similar to the following
information:

8. The PHIO ID (Physical ID) of this entry can then be entered into table SOFFCONT1 which is the related entry to the
entry in table SRGBTBREL from Step 1, as SOFFCONT1 is a cluster table and contains the binray content of SAPoffice
documents the entries will not be written line by line, but multiple lines together can belong to one document. This can
be seen below as this document is contained over 2 entries in SOFFCONT1
 Find the purchase order number from SRGBTBREL-INSTID_A against
the PHIO_ID field of SOFFCONT1.

Enter the Purchase Order number and Target category (Storage category
of DMS) in the Report (SA38) 'RSGOS_RELOCATE_ATTA' and execute.

After execution PHIO_ID number will be deleted from SOFFCONT1, and

document will be transfer in Open Text.
