Should have any of the following certifications like ADC, F5, CCNP, CCIE or JNCIS,
JNCIP or JNCIE or any equivalent,
Depending on the level - Min 1 to 12 years of experience in Network technology.
Strong hands-on experience on cisco switches, Routers, Meraki devices and knowledge
on SD-WAN will be added advantage.
Good knowledge on Juniper, Cisco ASA and Palo Alto Firewalls
Hands-on experience with Juniper SRX troubleshooting and implementation of NAT,
policies and new Tunnels will be added advantage.
Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting issues related to Nexus 5k, 7k and 9K
series.
Expert Knowledge on Routers like Cisco series like 4500,6500, ASR and Juniper M/T
series.
Good Knowledge and troubleshooting experience with MPLS.
Providing Hands and feet support for replacing Network Hardware in case of failures
and up-gradation.
Co-ordinating with ISP vendors in case of link failures.
Documentation of Known error database and Knowledge Sharing to Team.
Knowledge of/Experience on Firewalls

Strong understanding of Network Routing, Switching, DC networking, protocols, and

solutions.
Should have strong knowledge working with Cisco Nexus switches and knowledge on
Cisco ACI.
Must be ready to work across in 24/7 Support environment along with various global
teams.
Strong understanding of Network Routing, Switching, DC networking, protocols, and

At least 4 years of experience working with below products and technologies:
Technologies/Protocols: TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, IPSec, STP, VLANs, VTP, HSRP, DNS, DHCP,
ARP, SNMP etc.
Products: Cisco Catalyst Switches, Cisco Nexus Switches, Cisco ACI Network
Experience with Network Monitoring tools, reporting and capabilities
Working knowledge on various tools such as Splunk, Zenoss, Flexi NetFlow,
LiveAction, Service-Now is added benefit
Should have experience working in Large Network environments.
