➢ Providing technical support to the customers and partners for various wireless technologies and solutions
related to Cisco Wireless products which includes all models of wireless controllers and access points
(indoor and outdoor) etc. while consistently achieving high Customer satisfaction.
➢ Resolve customers issue via the telephone, email, or remote session. Issues can be varying in nature. New
installation/configuration, total wireless network down, Intermittent Wireless connectivity, roaming issues,
802.1x Authentication and inter compatibility in the wireless deployment .
➢ Reproducing issues in-house and responding back in a timely manner and reporting to the engineering team
if required.
➢ Interact with various internal teams such as escalations, engineering and facilitate communication between
customers and other teams.

➢ Generating documentation in the form of case notes, best practices, knowledge base articles , RCA reports,
and case reviews.

Project: Sr.Support Engineer Wireless at CISCO SYSTEMS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED (Jan to Nov 2019)
➢ Install and upgradation of existing WLAN infrastructure to Aruba WLAN Infrastructure for 16,000 Store
across United States for McD.
➢ Configuring and Providing Support to the Installer for the Completion of store on Time.
➢ Configuring Devices on Activate for Registration and Aruba Central for Device Management and Monitoring.
➢ Provide Technical support for Installing Switches, Aruba Controllers (7005) and Aruba Access points
(RAP275, RAP315).
➢ Troubleshoot issues related to Modem (Uplink) and Cradle point (Wireless Back uplink).
➢ Provide Technical Support to McD Installer for problems/Issues during the deployment and direct the issues
towards resolution.
➢ Working on Complex network issues where analysis of situations requires in-depth fault analysis and
troubleshooting skills.
➢ To formulate the technical action plans for analyzing and resolving end-to end solutions.
➢ Generate clear and concise documentation in the form if case notes, technical tips and white paper for the
store deployment.
➢ Coordinate with service providers and product vendors for circuit and product related support.

team that is responsible for managing over15,000 network devices in a multivendor ecosystem for
Unilever project.
➢ Provide real-time monitoring and prioritization of application performance over the network to over
80,000 users across the globe.
➢ Strict SLA adherence, RCA, SOP, Proper Escalation, Vendor co-ordination, Documentations, Reports.
➢ Initiate/Chair bridge calls in case of high incidents and ensure coordination among teams for
resolving incidents.

along with hardware vendor Dimension-Data.
➢ Providing L2 support to global infrastructure services for Unilever includes proactive and customer
reported issue, troubleshooting and restoring the services for both LAN (cisco) and Wi-Fi (Aruba)
estate globally.
➢ Managing and troubleshooting domain users for access to guest internet through Clearpass.
➢ Configuration backup management, device status checks on Solarwinds.
➢ Monitoring LAN interface utilization through Statseeker.
➢ Rogue device detection and Containment through Airwave to avoid unauthorized devices to be
used within office premises.
