ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON THE 31st NATIONAL CHILDREN’S

MONTH

Children have the potential to bring incredible change to our world. But first, we must recognize
their worth. Standing up for children's rights and ensuring their needs are met is a key method for adults to
make a difference in the world today and in the future.
Relative to the unnumbered Memorandum titled “Guidance for the Celebration of the 31st National
Children’s Month, with the theme: ”Healthy, Nourished, Sheltered: Ensuring the Right to Live for All,” in
connection with these, the Division of Agusan del Norte was encouraging all schools to conduct activities
related to the said celebration. Thus, all schools in Buenavista District IV participated in the simultaneous
celebration last Friday, November 17, 2023.
The celebration was started by different games that enhanced their ability to mingle with other kids
and promoted camaraderie. Showcasing what kids have learned, contests in numeracy and literacy were
conducted. To strengthen inclusive healthcare and nutrition services, a feeding program, hand washing, and
tooth brushing were also conducted. The celebration ended with a short program in which all kindergarten
learners participated through different presentations showcasing their various talents.
Indeed, the celebration was a success. Everyone who took part in the activity had a fun and
memorable day. It truly encapsulated the notion that motivates us to provide loving care and attention to the
young.
