Pre-Test - Post Test Analysis

Interpretation of Data

The table above shows that pre-test scores ranged from 17 to 34 while post test scores ranged from
to 40 which means a 5.44 increase of scores as shown in the gap betwee the red line(posttest) and blue
line(posttest). Statistical Analysis showed an average of 33.37 for posttest and 28.37 for pre-test.

Analysis
Comparison between pre-test and posttest using paired t-test as revealed by the table of values show
pre-test and posttests are significantly different with a p = 0.00002. This means that mean scores increased b y
5.44.
Conclusion
As revealed by the foregoing analysis of the data, the interventions made during the Competency-Ba
Training(CBT) for Enhanced Training Methodology I effectively increased the learnings of the trainees.
