TEACHERS ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

SY 2022-2023
GRADE VI

INTRODUCTION

A teacher's life is bounded by his or her duties and responsibilities. It is either under
written memoranda or under the initiative of the teacher to perform. I believe that being a
teacher is impossible without any objectives patterned after any philosophical idealism. To
measure the effectiveness and efficiency as well as the competence of a teacher, one must
understand her own personal and professional beliefs, routines, and practices and evaluate her
products—the learners and their lives after her supervision.

A teacher should not attend or face the class without a specific goal at the very moment.
His or her responsibility to share and influence her pupils should appeal not only to the brain but
also to the heart. It should not only be about mental and physical development but also teach the
moral and ethical values that a good citizen must have. He should not only teach the discipline
but also guide them in understanding and acquiring its importance.

Teachers seek to be good models. What she shows and preaches as a teacher is what the
learners are likely to find right and true. Hence, most, if not all, of the philosophical and
practical practices are transferred to the learners. With that, it is challenging for all the teachers
to perform their roles to the best of their abilities. He or she must inspire their learners to become
better people and, on the other hand, inspire them to enjoy learning, find their own passion, and
find what life really means to them.

The pupils must see clearly the aims of their teachers for them and must obtain the
significance of these to their lives, satisfy the essence of the philosophical ideas, and create their
own philosophies in life. The philosophies that enable them to be what they want to be; the
philosophies that will teach, enlighten, and guide future generations

TEACHERS ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

SY 2022-2023
GRADE VI

INTRODUCTION

The obligations and responsibilities of a teacher define his or her life. It is either a written
memorandum or the teacher's initiative to perform. I feel that being a teacher is impossible
without goals based on intellectual idealism. To assess a teacher's efficacy and efficiency, as
well as her competence, one must first comprehend her personal and professional beliefs,
routines, and practices, and then analyze her products—the students and their lives following her
supervision.

A teacher should not go or face the class unless he or she has a definite aim in mind. His
or her responsibility to share and impact her pupils should appeal to both the brain and the heart.
It should not just focus on cerebral and physical growth, but also on instilling the moral and
ethical ideals required of a good citizen. He should not only teach the subject but also help pupils
grasp and appreciate its significance.

Teachers strive to be role models. What she demonstrates and preaches as a teacher is
likely to be accepted by the pupils. As a result, most, if not all, of the conceptual and practical
practices are passed on to the pupils. As a result, it is difficult for all teachers to accomplish their
duties to the best of their abilities. He or she must motivate their pupils to become better
individuals while also inspiring them to enjoy learning, discover their own passion, and discover
what life truly means to them.

The pupils must be able to clearly understand the goals that their teachers have for them,
understand how important these goals are to their lives, understand the core of philosophical
concepts, and develop their own personal philosophies. The ideologies that will empower them
to become who they want to be as well as the philosophies that will instruct, enlighten, and
direct future generations

SCIENCE ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

SY 2022-2023

I. INTRODUCTION

Teaching elementary school science has to be approached in a way that differs from higher
education levels of science. Young children are best suited to learn through hands-on experimentation
and an integration of other subjects into the science curriculum. Concepts should be broad enough to
cover many areas of science and include mathematics whenever possible.

Involve students in science activities that encourage exploration and questioning. Nurture and
develop a child's conceptual framework. This framework is the foundation for students to learn more
detailed and specific knowledge. Without a proper conceptual framework, students will have difficulty
processing ideas that are foreign to them, as are many science topics. Teach ideas through integrated
science topics, rather than specific experiments. For example, integrate botany and plant growing with
mathematics by encouraging charting and measurements of the plant growth. Another idea is to
integrate artwork through the study of science. Have children create artwork related to science topics,
such as water cycles, animals, flowers and other science topics. Encourage detailed artwork by asking
students to describe what they are drawing and how those details are important in a scientific role.

Vary teaching methods to keep students interested by mixing up traditional curriculum topics
with kid-designed science shows. When possible, talk about discoveries made by scientists with
different ethnic and personal backgrounds, including gender. Showing diversity in science may
encourage students to work harder if given a feeling that anyone can succeed. Students will value
science more, if they feel confident.

Science is everywhere. It plays a huge part in our daily living. That’s why we extend our
science learning experience through additional programs and activities offered by the Department of
Education thru the schools.

This narrative report is designed for the monitoring performances and activities done by the
Science teachers to do their roles in contributing for the progress of the school and equipping the pupil
learners with knowledge and skills related with Science and modern technologies.
